The scientific foundation is public_verified_unvalidated and operational_unvalidated: it does not claim empirical validation. Correction proposals are private, invitation-only service-principal review, never publish data automatically, and are hard-deleted after 30 days; only a non-public aggregate retention event remains. Protected POST, admin, import, ROL, debug and metrics routes are excluded. Empty, stale, degraded, contradictory and unknown are distinct states.
